We have trained members of staff who are able to act as chaperones.

If you wish to have a chaperone present during your consulation we would ask you to make this request at the time of booking your appointment.  We will then arrange for one our our chaperones to be available.

If you are unable to advise us in advance we will endeavour to provide a formal chaperone at the time of request.  However, occasionally it may be necessary to re-schedule your appointment.

Your healthcare professional may also require a chaperone to be present for certain consultations and will seek your consent to this prior to carrying out any examinations.
